fuel filtration problems

Hi Guys needing ya help my wifes car on first start up in morn like its running on kangaroo fuel lol and wondering this could be fuel related only started since using this bloody E10 petrol can anybody shed any light also can anyone enlighten me were fuel filter is prob needs changing anyway all help greatly appriciated
