» CMF MemberHi all,
The time has come to look at moving on from the mighty Micra. So i'm putting my Turbo SLX up for sale.
It's a 1995 model SLX, features are (in no particuler order, and please excuse if i've missed anything its been a while since i've listed the inclusions):
T25 turbo, Custom intercooler, Custom made manifold, Sards fuel pressure regulator, 15" alloy wheels, Koni yellow shocks, Whitleline lowered springs, and panhard rod, slotted front disc brakes, 2.5" stainless mandrel bent exhaust from the cat back, pioneer cd player, Motec M4 ECU.
It has been running on 7psi of boost with std injectors for the last 3 years, made 94kw's at the wheels last time on the dyno, and is a great daily driver. It's fun to drive, very zippy and handles well. The conversion was done professionally at Springwood Car Care here in the mountains. Rego is untill March 2009
This car was voted runner up behind Reverb at the Celebration meet in Canberra a couple of years ago as Australia's second most popular Micra .
However, there are a couple of minor issues with it, which will require a trip to the mechanics and probably about $500-$1000 spending on it to bring it back to tip top shape, such as CV joints? replacing (quoted $220), also I think the brake pads need replacing which at a guess would cost around $200. It also now has 198,000k's on the clock
Anyway, I'm asking for $6,000 ono
I will post up some recent photo's over the next few days, however in the meantime you can check some pictures taken a couple of years ago at:

I hope the pictures work, again they were taken a few years ago at the Celebration meet. The car hasn't change much, but now has clear side indicators. Also, currently the std steering wheel is fitted, but I do have a boss kit so you would be able to fit the wheel of your choice.
If you are interested, please send me a message through this site with your contact number and I'll give you a ring and hopefully arrange to meet up.
Cheers for now,
Gareth
