Front Splitter

We all know that the DIY splitter of choice is usuall the Laguna front splitter....
But I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Ford Mondeo front lip??

I can get on echeap and want to know if it'll fit before I buy it.

I've got an annoying habit of looking at other cars and wondering what i could make fit on mine to be different haha so i'd say if you can get it cheap enough just give it a go!
