Front cover 13500-BX010

I'm trying to change the cam chain on a Micra CR12DE and my first problem is to remove the lower front cover (I think it's called 13500-BX010).
Do I have to remove the oil pan first?

Unfortunately I can't see the pictures.

Pics are blurred cause user hasn't paid for storage of pictures to PhotoBucket.
And has exceeded storage limit of pictures. I have same problem...

Do I have to take engine out for change chain?
Do I have to remove upper oil pan?
