see on the left one, whats the strip under the reverse section, looks like its glue or something???

are you talking front or back picture?
on the back there is the waterproof sticky glue like any normal light has on it?
or is it the light reflecting off the plastic seeming like its glue?
if you mean front picture, its the flash off the camera. the white blur dead center?

no they wouldnt pass mot.
either have two reverse lights and buy a separate fog light and install
tint lens red maybe or get a red bulb?
