Fitting super s bumpers

Hi ,
i bought a 1995 super s (uk spec)a few months back for parts and i lost the front bumper mounts and the rear was rotten with rust, the bumpers are away getting sprayed and will be fitted to a 1997 micra(uk spec), can i get them to fit without the proper mounts?

after a quick search i beleive i have to cut/ hammer the front somewhere so the fog can fit in ??

Big hammer and keep hitting till it fits on

The two prongs that stick out into the middle on the bumper mounts if that makes sense.... Bang out the way or cut off x
