Fitting front panel ?

Hey Peeps,

The bottom of the front panel is a bit rusty and I like to replace it for a new one. IS the front panel welded on or bolted on ? I have found this on e-bay, is this the right part? (it is for a W reg Micra 998cc)

Any thing else i shuold change while is off?

yes ash, you dont need the headlamp panels :grinning:

ming, i ordered the lower cross member from the guy in the link i ordered on thursday morning and it came yesterday, im no expert but from what ive read up on just replacing the lower cross member will save you/the welder a lot of time as you wont need to do a total strip down of the front tho it is still quite a job as ive read on here it takes around 3 to 4 hours. hope this helps a little.

ps there is a guide on here but you need to be a paid member

That lower cross member is the one I got. It does the job and fits ok. That said its nowhere near the quality of the oem Nissan one.
