Fitting backbox - gasket?

I've just ordered a Janspeed backbox after my old universal one snapped where the garage welded it to the old pipe..

Basically what i want to know is,
Do i need a new gasket? The current one has only been on for 2 months..
And where can i get one from?

no, just apply a bit of exhaust paste on it

Right, gone to do this today, and can't get to the damn nuts holding the backbox on. The one nearest the driver side of the car..
Any tips?

Take the wheel off? You'd be able to see it better anyway.

I can see it fine, just cant get my ratchet in to undo it

Just found it, but still no luck.
ARB's in the way. Don't really wanna have to take it off just to fit my exhaust though.
Maybe I'll leave it for a garage.. hmm.

Grinder and a new bolt usually does the trick.

Just found a longer extension bar for my ratchet, gonna go try it now but i think I've cracked it

Yeah i find exhausts bolts are the worst. Rusted up and seized! Get out the old powertoys and have some fun

After it's all bolted back together coat it all with sommat to stop rust building up.

But I've lost my exhaust paste.. haha.
Gonna have to send someone to get me some before i stick the janspeed on!

Just tried threading the nuts onto the janspeed to make sure they fit, they don't!

Anyone know what size thread it is? Or where i could get some nuts that do fit?

Lol i tried taking my backbox off but i shredded one of the nuts, not gonna mess with it until i get a back box, then its grindin time!

Got exhaust paste and a couple of nuts now, too dark to do it now though!
Will be done in the morning
