Finally got my new alloys...

Yup, after a long hard wait i found some real smart alloys, fingers croosed to have them on THIS weekend, although i dont recon it will be much before the following weekend...

Anyway its gonna be worth the wait, but i was going to ask about locking wheel nuts, what exactly do they do?, im guessing they stop the wheel from being stolen but im not 100%...also do i need a certain size e.c.t?
 
yep anti-theft,,but they are pretty easy to get off if they really wanted your rims!

supose it depends on the design you get also..you get what you pay for
 
Locking nuts are essential to protect your rims! Obviously they're not totally 100% secure but they'l help! you'l need to buy a set which are the same size as your standard nuts.
 
Christ!? have a go at me....lol...i did say "im guessing they stop the wheel from being stolen!"....

Don't goto Halfords, they wanted £32 for lock nuts, ridiculous, it was some crappy no name brand aswell.

Went along to a small alloy shop and got TSW lock nuts for £20.
