Fan blower problem

Was hoping someone could help with an issue im having with my k11, the blower works fine on settings 1, 3 and 4 but doesnt blow out anything at all when on setting 2, it seems to just go off?
Any ideas?

Resistor card. In footwell, cheap and easy fix?

Passenger footwell up under the left hand side, couple of bolts and pull out.
I've got a few here buddy....put up a picture of yours, I'll see if I can match one here.
A tenner buddy with the postage.
