Why do you do it? To block out some road noise, and to look generally nicer
how do you do it? Cut it out of MDF, NeX/me will be doing a guide soon when i find those measurments we wrote down.....:doh:
is it worth it? Yep
expensive? No, will cost me around £15 in wood in total plus carpet cost.

yep but this covers the wires etc, is flat and looks tidier than metal work.
