May I suggest that you do your own research in your own interest & spend time due diligence reading through & then implementing Martin Lewis advice on how to save money & minimise motor insurance costs? Use at least the four named comparison screensaver web sites plus specialist insurance brokers who deal with highly modified & therefore dificult to evaluate quantify non oem vehicles.

PS; I pay £125 per year fully comprehensive for my 1300cc K11, thanks to following Martin Lewis suggestions & carrying them out diligently. The savings are well worth a little effort & time spent on my part.

Make sure you've got some specialist insurers on that list. An average insurance company will shaft you for it.
I had to explain to my last insurance company what a remap was
After 25 minutes the guy on the phone told me he wouldn't cover me if my car was mapped.Had to phone mine to even get the option. Definitely won't be re-insuring till I'm next in the UK as it was ridiculous. Picking up the engine on Tuesday so going to mount it for overhaul, check it runs, paint it and then wrap it for storage. I'll then contact whichever broker works out best when I'm back in December & my current insurance has finished.Make sure you've got some specialist insurers on that list. Perhaps for minimal overall costs purposes it may be more cost efficient to simply buy an original unmodified 1300 or a more modern 1400cc K11 & sell on the modified car?
Insurance costs for an original unmodified 1400cc K11 will invariably be much less & easier to insure then a highly modified vehicle of unknown provenance by comparing quotes. Good luck.
