Engine noise

Hello all,firstly thanks for the help i have already received,this has got me stumped,i have an engine noise sounded like either the water pump or the idler wheel as speeds up and drops when you rev the engine,but after changing them both in the snow,the noise is still there,even dropped the alternator belt off to see if it was that.....but no, Help please as its doing my head in.

The noise speeds up and slows with the revs,and sounds like a noisy water pump,but not as changed that, coming from cam chain end of engine any suggestions??????

Could be a noisy chain
