Engine Light on Dashboard

Hi Everyone!

After having my Oil Sump fixed yesterday, I now have another problem where my engine light on the dashboard has now come on!! Is there any reason why this has come on after having a bran new sump fitted?

What micra do you have ? Year model

Possibly disturbed the second lambda as its in the down pipe under the sump
