engine back to front

noticed my engines in "wrong"

my manifold is at the rear,unlike the older versions wer its at the front,so i got a few questions

1.does this make a difference(good or bad)
2.are the smaller engined versions of k12 like this
3.will it be a problem fitting a turbo? even tho ther is loads of space at the back of the engine
4.why?

did u jus notice this i saw this wen u opened the bonnet for like 2 secs wen i met you. prob some cost thing like less pipe.

dont think it makes any difference tbh. Makes turbo conversions and stuff a bit of a pain as you have to be very carefull with heat etc..

why is the 1.6 different then?

also there is sh*t loads of space wer the manifold is,,but none at all at the front
