electric window stopped working

i have electric windows in my super s and the passenger one went down but wont go back up. the motor is fine because i have been to a scrap yard and got another motor and swapped it (thought that would of fixed it) but it still does nothing, noticed that the black box that the switch is on or next to on the inside of the door arm rest is making a clicking noise, does that mean that the relay is broke? or do you have any suggestions how to fix it, cheers
