ECU swap question

Hi guys my micra is '97 1.0l and the ecu is Bosch 0 261 204 243 23710 1U101 XU (pic attached), but its kinda not working so i have to replace it. A friend of mine has an ecu from another 1.0l micra, but the number is 0 261 204 243 237 101U103 9X. And the shape looks the same. So can i fit it or the numbers have to be exactly the same? (Yes i know that i will need the nats box, keys and antenna too)

Well both ecus are the same shape and engine and if i get whole nats stuff form the other car too(antenna immo box key etc) it should be fine right?

some of the square ones have a nats box behind the heater and a 4 wire antenna , and some have a 7 or 8 wire antenna
