Dremel bits (where to get good ones?)

I have a dremel but all the 'bits' that i got with it are pretty crappy!
i have been trying to grind back some Stainless but the pink grinding stones wore out in seconds!
can you get decent ones from anywhere?? ebay is full of '400pc sets' but im pretty sure they will all be just as bad as the ones i have already.
