door strips are they easy to paint

Hi guys quite new here I have a 1.3 Si problem is that two long door strips and one small strip was removed buy the last owner as they were scratched but I need some advice
are these easy to paint by hand micra is dark Green Metallic paint can any one point me in the direction of a tutorial or vids on youtube and where is the best place to buy these from hope some one can help need my micra looking the part again
