Decat Power Gains

im thinking of just getting a janspeed manifold and an ashley back box. Just wonder what sort of power will i gain from a 1.0l . And also how much extra would i get if got rid of the 2nd cat.

i want to know the same as i have put my janspeed HALF system on and it already has a small silencer built in which is no good for me!

i want to know how i go about fitting a decat pipe to the manifold and is ther any extra piping i have to buy???
