Apologies for my first post being a request for help/advice.
Trying to help a mate out who's wifes car is stuck on a grass verge after dying on Saturday.
Long story short, she stopped at lights, car cut out and has refused to start since. Plenty of life in battery, engine turning over, fuel pump priming etc, but no spark ?
I understand the K11's suffered with distributor/coil failiure so i'm guessing thats where the problems is.
I've had dizzy off and checked that everything is intact, and also checked two pin connector, which has 12.5 volts when ignition is switched on, but nothing at HT leads.
Any help greatly appreciated as he's awaiting the dreaded " police aware " notice being stuck to car, would have towed but car is auto so he's stuck.
Can get a second hand dizzy from local breakers for £30, so thinking it may be worth trying down that route.
