De-bump strip marks! Help!

Been meaning to ask since I took the strips off the side, but does anyone have outlines left behind from where they were?
I can't get rid of them and need to know how to if anyone else has done it!

It's not actually the glue I don't think.

Can't really tell by the picture, but is that another layer of plastic, or is this like a border around the edge?

Its bite in the lacquer sadly can't get rid even wet flatting and buffing wouldn't remove.

You could probably wet sand it back to smooth, then a few coats of lacquer and a polish.

Best bet if its too bad to live with, find some new/ scrappy bump-strips or come up with some graffix. And don't try sanding back will not go just get worse.

Can always try one of those body coloured stick and polish will improve it a bit.

what did you use to take the bump strips off? i guess you didnt pull them off from the corner did you?
