Bought this from Copart a couple of weeks ago....Damage to it was minimal....dent in the o/s rear Quater...Dent in drivers door and the smallest of dents in the front wing. This was repaired in a couple of hours,the dorr ap was moved back into place using a portapower and the dent simply poped out...around 3mm of filler was used to get rid of the ripples....drivers door was replaced(quicker then filler) and the wing was panel beaten back and filled.Repaired on sat sprayed on sunday....well confession time...I am a panel beater sprayer so it was a wallk in the park.
The biggest surprise is that it is a 1 owner car having only done 4k between Mot's and Mot'd till july next year nad has just had a full service ...Result
This is going to be used in motorsport clubman level next year...competing on the Btrda autotest championship and a few Production car trials and the odd Road Rally...suspension wise there is Avo coilovers for the front...Bilseins at the rear with an adjustable rod....Stut braces will also be fitted....A 8mm skidded sumpguard and also tank guards will aslo be fitted along with all the fuel and brake lines will be relocated inside the car
