Dattosan Machi Suzuki twincam 4wd project pg22

No mx5 conversion yet :( I just want to use it and enjoy the engine I built. I'll probably start the mx5 conversion at end of summer, depends on whether oi still have to do involuntary, compulsory 20hours overtime per week for free, on top of a 60hour week :(
 
I thought you sold this as well! Its great knowing you still have this awesome little car mate! If you do go japfest I will see you there
 
its ok, i walked out of the job. Too many hours, not enough money, alot of the time iam working for less than minimum wage.

Id like to get the micra on the road for japfest, just needs mot. Iam unsure whether itll pass emissions as it is, but worth a try.

I may look into making a few rwd k10 and k11s and sell them on. Need to find ways of earning a living lol

Please do mate, there are alot of k10s going japfest.

If you make a rwd k10 hit me up always wanted a drift slag micra.
 
Nothing rwd just yet but after all this time, the micra has an mot, tax and is insured yay

Its 255hp on a td04l turbo with megasquirt :D
 
just cannot figure out whether or not this new engine setup is quicker than the old. Can a heavy ass flywheel and clutch with longer ratio gears really have the feel that its cancelled out the fact i have ported head, cams, more compression and less vacuum leaks lol. i guess so :(

so my engine smokes quite bad. if you engine brake and then get on WOT it smokes like hell. Im guessing the vacuum is drawing oil past the stem seals or up past the rings. It also appears to excessive crankcase pressure.

So gonna grab my spare engine and chuck hi-comp pistons in that i have sat in the shed. Then save for new cams and add megasquirt that i already have :)

Might lookout for a cg10 gearbox again :D
 
Sorry I've failed to do a proper update. The way I used to upload my pics doesn't appear so simple. The above pic i uploaded using the uploader on this forum. In the past I uploaded to Facebook and then copied and pasted the URL into my posts
