So after only 20 years, and 220000 kilometres it would seem my cv's have decided to ware haha.
They have been getting progressively more vocal over the last couple of months while I procrastinated over actually getting round to buying new joints.
I found some on Ebay that seemed a good price and correct for my needs ( Super S with ABS, so the joints ideally need the ABS rings ) but when they arrived, although they looked really good quality, they didn't fit ( they seemed to be for a 19 tooth splined drive shaft, I needed 22 ).
I know some people just replace the whole driveshafts, but I couldn't find Super S specific shafts, so this would mean I would have to dismantle them anyway to remove the ABS rings off my old joints and fit them to the new ones. So I got some joints from a local Sprint Auto and set to...........
