Cuttin Stock Springs??

I have 17" rims to go on my 11, i just wanted to know about others who have there 17's, and whether or not they rub/grind or if the turning circle decreases with the wider footprint. Will i need to lower with 17's for tighter and improved response??

a couple of members have 17,s on iirc, rubbing will probably depend on what offset you have
cutting the springs is somewhat frowned upon, but its your car :grinning:
and when are we going to see some pics of your bodykit ?

I seriously wouldn't cut the springs.....you're not left with the flat top/bottom to seat them correctly.

plus it will fial MOT as the springs are classed as broken, mot testers will see the rust from where they have been cut!
