Cracked washer water filler

Hi all,

I've been noticing a noise way louder than normal when using my windscreen washers the last two days, it's been low on water though. I went to fill up with water just and noticed the white plastic funnel thing which you fill up with water is cracked, pretty big crack tbh so it's more like a hole.

Does this matter? should I tape it up etc or will it be ok? was wondering whether this could be connected with the loud noise you see.

i have one, just fill up below that hole if its only on the neck of the bottle

it was on one side of the white bottle top thing, so I just filled up on the other side so the water could go down without spilling out. Hope it'll just be ok and I'm worrying about nothing!

yeah mine doesnt even have a lid on it

my first K11 didn't even have a neck at all on the filler - i had to use a pepsi bottle cut in half to fill up the washer fluid!

thanks guys, maybe it's a common fault that the plastic for this gets too brittle.
