How do you get the cowling off the steering wheel to remove the indicator stalk? There are four indentations underneath, the lower two have screws in them but the higher two seem to have flat headed studs in with no screwdriver groove in them? How do they come out? Any help greatly appreciated.

Should be 4 Phillips head screws, black about 25mm long?
