Can anyone please help. I have a "54" reg 1.0
The coolant level is at the bottom of the filler neck of the radiator, and its not at the top.
I am led to believe it should be at the top when cold, as it should "vacuum" the water back from the header tank.
Engine runs fine and its been on long journeys. It does make "gurguling" noises when cold
Can anyone please advise???
