Control arm, why a larger hole in rear bushing?

Just noticed on my k13 the control arm has a bushing larger than the bolt. Surely if this moves it will knock the alignment off. What is the purpose of having a hole larger than the bolt?

I found an answer. It's to stop the bolt rusting onto the bush.
