Looking to swap cams in my 02 facelift but im slightly confused. Can the 1.3 dizzy cans be used or would i need to get ahold of 1.4 coilpack cams? any help appreciated

100%? I dont want to get some and waste miney cause they dont fit. I thought the dizzy cams have the gears on them to drive the distributor which will be useless on coil pack engine

The dizzy cam has a slot on the exhaust cam to drive the dizzy. It won't do anything on a coilpack, but it won't harm either. You can get aftermarket cams which fit both coilpack and dizzy so I would be pretty certain you'll be OK. By all means wiat for someone else to chip in before you splash the cash though... hopefully someone else can confirm for you.
