Coil Overs or Lowering Kit

Anyone tell me the best way to go and what are the benifits of each one for a k11?

Lowering springs: Cheap, give the lowered look, handles ok.

Coilovers: Expensive, adjustable lowering, handles better due to the shock being designed for the ride height

depend now how big your pockets are. coilovers would be the best option and will be worth your while, up to you.

ive had both, id say coiles are far better, springs are cheap ad do a good job, but coilies you can set it up how you want it to handle, and if you get ones with adj dampning its about 5 twists of a nob and you can go from road to track use in 5 seconds. And you can set the height you want obv
