Clutch disaster!

Hi guys, any help at all appreciated with this one.

Just swapped my cg10 for a cg13, using the 1.3 box too. Got it in the car and the clutch doesnt seem to want to release properly. Cant get it in gear whilst its running, pedal feels like very hard work and doesnt seem to be doing much at all.

Any adjustments I can make other than clutch cable or have I been sold a lemon with a dodgy release bearing?

I had the same problem with my K12, the cause was one of the clutch pressure plate support leaf springs had broken,

gearbox out and new clutch assembly was needed to fix.......
