Make a template out of cardboard or paper, Take a piece of MDF (or pine, or whatever wood you want to use) and cut it to your template. Then just start sticking your carpeting onto the exposed wood, mount it in your boot and there you are. See here:

I've done it with mine, but made it slightly differently so I could integrate stuff underneath the tray.

I would also leave a few mm from the edge so you can fold the carpet over the side. Will look alot neater.

I plan to do this to mine when the new motor goes in with the bucket seats and also the harnesses.

dont you just take the read bench seat off...

I would personally take the bottom off aswell so you can have a slight storage room under it.

P.S Gentlemen, I have a question, wants to buy 15" 4x100 6.5 ET38 rims with tires 195/45r15 but how does it affect the car, performance, combustion ?. My K11 is a 1.0 54hp . Maybe 13" or 14" rims ? please Help Thanks guys

I don't think he's really asking if they're going to fit but rather if they're well suited to the car if they're going to affect handling and whatnot. Personally I'd say stick with 14's and go to 15's if you have to fit bigger brakes underneath but 13's are not worth sticking with. A set of 14x6-7" is ideal but if tyre choice is a problem in 14" then 15" should provide a few more options.

They will fit, Humvee - this set of wheels on Evade's old Micra was identical to those specs (<a href="http://micra.com.au/images/forcedmicras/14b.jpg">These are the exact same specs</a> - 15x6.5 +38).
