Ceramic coating internals - any good?

theory sounds spot on. dunno whether it would only be beneficial for high power output engines (like F1, rally etc) as that's where that 1-8% improvement woud be worth it's weight in....ceramic!
don't think you'd see much improvement on road cars unless it's a highy tuned mota, like evo, skyine etc etc.
