Centre Bore

Does anyone know if it is possible and/or safe to have a set of wheels machined to the correct centre bore? I've seen a set I really fancy but the centre bore is 58mm and we need 59.1mm. As it's not a massive difference I was wondering if it would be possible?

I used a rotary rasp on an electric drill to do mine, there's been no problems with them.

Did it take much work? Did it leave a perfect circle and centred?

it took about 15 minutes per wheel, I just kept trying the rim on the hub and grinding at the points the hub contacted the alloy, they are a nice snug fit and completely centred.
