Central locking fob

Hi everyone,

I thought of installing a central locking fob for my Micra, as I think it has the actuators, as it unlocks both doors when I unlock either of them.
Is this true?

You most likely also need the keyless module for the fobs to connect to. This is a seperate module. Easiest way to check if you have it is try to put the car in the fob learn mode.

I checked, it doesn't have it, I got a universal central locking control unit.

You can install a universal one and use the door actuators yes. Just check the workshop manual for the wiring
