CD Player adapter?! HELP!!!

I have removed the original tape player from vehicle. I am installing a CD player but the adapter doesnt seem to fit?! This was provided from halfords. Any help. The adapter that I was given is:

The stereo in the K11 is earthed by the chassis Leanne. You need to bolt a wire from the stereo body to the car chassis .

What Micra is it for, year and how many speakers? I had same problem they gave me pcz 72 -4 and I needed pcz 77-4
