carbs for k10s (1.2)

what carbs would people recommend for more power than standard? have looked at webers, su, I have a single barrel weber 34mm one, and maybe a twin SU but I am confused because the standard 26 30 (?) is bigger than a single 34 - would the 34 be too small, or is it not equivalent based on throat size? what range would I be looking at for single and double barrel carbs? Would like something simpler, as taking the standard Hitachi ones apart and making gaskets is a pain in the arse.

Doesn’t need to bolt straight on as I’m probably getting a manifold made anyway
