best cam to fit into a 1,0 16v does 1.3 cam give it much more bhp?

The 1.3 cams are the best swap mate and do make a noticeable difference.
Anything else will cost money and not really worth it on a 1.0L.
The best bang for your buck is to fit a compete 1.3 engine.
They can be picked up for £100 odd but are becoming harder to find now

im goin to be runnin a class 4 autograss micra which is a 1.0ltr with whatever mods you want

Any other cams will need shims and like wehey said starts to get more expensive
