hi im wanting to buy cams for my 93 micra super s

whats the difference between fast road cams and ultimate road cams and what are better

it is down to the amount of lift that the cam provides. Ultimate fast road cams will be very agressive and will not suit road use. the idol will be horrible and the powerband will be way up the rev range and possiblly go past the std redline.
