Cam Upgrade K11

Hi,
I'm currently running a CG13 Micra but want to upgrade cams through reprofiling. My question is as I have an old CG10 engine in my garage can I reprofile them to fast road, class a, to fit in my CG13 to save taking car off the road? Basically are they interchangeable?

Cams are interchangable but the 1.0 cams have lower lift.
