Buzzing/Interference only with Radio

Hi guys, hope this is the right place to post this but got a bit of a odd one with my mum's K11 Micra.

Not too long ago she had the distributor changed by our local garage as it wouldn't start (no spark).
Thing is since that was changed the radio now makes a buzzing noise (kind of a engine whining sound) only when the engine is running and only on the radio, tape playback is ok and no interference.

I recently changed the standard cassette/radio player in the car but still the same issue.. I'm thinking grounding issue but where exactly?

if i remember correctly the standard stereo earths thru the antenna connection.

i would be taking out the battery tray and looking to make sure there are no earths that have come away.

May also want to double check that they refitted the condenser which helps suppress the engine noise.
