Brake LED display fallen off

2001 Micra, K11 "facelift" model
My brake LED display on the rear window has come loose at one of the mountings.
What's the secret to refixing these? It seems to consist of a brass female fixing on the light fitting that locates to a male rubber dimple fixing on the window. The brass fixing can be rotated via a nut.

Try as I might I can't get a strong fix for this mounting.

I dunno how loose yours is but my rear brake light used to rattle so I stuck it to the window with some double sided tape
