Took my oldest highest mileage (308,000k) Micra out to a secluded bit of road I know and let him have his head.
With 2 in car staying in 4th gear I got it up to 165k indicated. Got there reasonably quick, last 15k was the slowest.
Depends how you look at things can be seen as good or average,when the car was a lot newer (under 100,000k's) I could get it up to 160k (indicated)on full stock exhaust and intake.
Now at the high mileage but with extractors and a slightly improved intake I get 165k. Not a big gain for the mods if you look at it that way but I suppose not bad for a engine of that age. Had I done the mods when the motor was much newer might have seen more gains.
It does get to it's max speed faster then when it was stock.
It's the first time I've run it out to max in ages.
