Bit of help needed plz

Ok guys this looks like the place I need to be , I'm after a bit of advice on tuning a k11 1.0l
It's for my 14 yr old nephew for oval racing on a loose surface it has to be the 1.0 as that is the rules.
From what I've already read on ere I need a decent xsorzst manifold to start with and the frank speed ones seem quite popular but wer do I get one from ? And any other advisable mods

You could go for 1.3 cams a higher compression and a 4-2-1 manifold...You will get a decent increase in power and on a small budget..
