best place to get a lambda sensor and a coolant temp sensor

i know theres been alot o n this however ive never seen anywhere that good ones have come from which are reasonably priced... so here goes where is is best places to pick these up?

eBay and scrap yards
The cheap universal ones on eBay a few have reported that they work very well I fitted one in my old skyline but can't comment as it made no difference to the dodgy lambda reading I got on my picoscope

cool i didnt think the ebay ones were rated but if they are then thats fine im going to rule out every single possibility

Try and get one that has 4 wires instead of 3. The extra wire is for a better ground and can give more accurate readings.

The only collaborating thing I can find is they don't last as long as more expensive/genuine, but they don't cost as much either
