There is a large selection of 30-40mm lowering springs available on the market, try demon tweeks etc. If you want to go lower, matt humphris does 50, 60 and i think 80mm lowering springs which are very good
 
Probably, or go with a hybrid mix, check the pinned section about lowering, you will find everything you need to know.
 
This may sound stupid but in just had car few months and don't know 100% about all the bits and bobs bout em but whats a hybrid mix? Ya I checked but there were no links to where I could buy the stuff :(

30/40mm Lowering springs would be fine on the normal shocks.
60/80 you'd probably want uprated sport shocks.

Hybrid is just when some people us parts from different cars to lower the micra is unique ways, bit dodgy sometimes if you ask me :p
 
Ive got matt humphris 60mm springs on standard shocks. Ideally I would have uprated shocks. I will get some in the future. Going 60+mm you will need an adjustable panhard rod though. I got mine from noddy on here. Very good too
