BATTERY!

Allo everyone,

Just wondering what the process is to changing a K11 Micra 1.0 S battery?...

I've just come back from the battlecruiser and the battery light was lit up and took a little bit to start... Fancy getting another battery just to cover my /\rse due to this cold weather...

the battery light indicates an alternator problem jae, not a battery problem

go to halfords, and ask them to do a health check on your battery. they can tell you if one of the cells is dead.

Cheers for replies lads, when I said it took a little bit to start, took a little grunt... reckon it's worth just getting a recon alternator and getting it on the motor?

Do a charge test measure batt voltage with no load so no head lights stereo wipers etc then turn everything on from air con to demister and check should be around 14.2-14.6 v
