Another Question - Tapping Noise/Vibration

ive had this for ages but ive never actually bothered about it. The drivers door when shut rattles on idle or when the car is moving and theres vibration. Now its nothing loose on the door hinge on the actual car. Im not sure about anything on the door side of it loose. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas. Ive checked the tightness on the door hinge and its tight.

have you checked the door latch?

also check the door card, speaker cable etc.

I would have said it was the door hinge, I replaced mine and it got rid of one the most annoying rattles in my car. how did you check if it was or not?

the hinge is secure as i tested it with a screwdriver by tightening up the screws and pliers pulling on it and pulling is clockwise etc and wount move.

You need to rock the door when it's fully open

are you sure it's the door? my bonnet is slighty loose and rattles when i'm at the lights, however the sound comes more from the bottom of the car more than anywhere else.

have you tried locking the door? mine rattles sometimes but if i lock the door then it doesnt

do you have electric windows, if so mine did it and it was the wires inside that was rattling.

found the problem. I little screw on the door which is near the bottom of it. It was loose.
